Korea Best Vacation - Heundae Beach

Haeundae Beach is located in Haeundae-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, the Republic of Korea (South Korea). Along the 12 km of coastline Haeundae Beach is Busan's most popular beach, and along with Seogwipo, is one of the best known beaches in South Korea. The opening date of Heaundae Beach is every early July until late of August , is it depends on the weather . The admission fees is free . The intercity transportation to Busan is Train , Subway , Taxis and Buses . During the summer time, and especially on weekends, the area becomes a veritable wall of humanity with more than 100,000 people packed in on a narrow, one mile strip of sand. Many of the visitors to the beach in the summer come from Seoul, Daejeon, and Daegu.

Haeundae is home to the majority of the expatriates currently living in the Busan area. Along with Geumjeongsan this is one of the most popular spots in Busan to view the first sunrise of the year on January 1, with a crowd of a few thousand gathering there before dawn. It is also known for its "Polar Bear Club", when temperatures reach near freezing. For the 2006 FIFA World Cup match between South Korea and Togo about 50,000 people came to the beach to watch the match projected on a giant screen.

"Haeundae" was so named by scholar Choi Chi-Won of the Silla Dynasty (BC 57~AD 935). When he was walking past Dongbaekdo Island, he was fascinated by it and left the carved words "Hae Un Dae" on a stone wall on the island. Haeundae is 1.5 km long, 30~50m wide, and spans an area of 58,400. The white sand is rough and sticks easily to your skin. The sand of this beach is composed of sand that comes from Chuncheon Stream and shells that have been naturally eroded by the wind over time. Haeundae Beach is also famous for the various cultural events and festivals held throughout the year. At Haeundae Beach there is a Folk Square where you can enjoy traditional games such as neoldduigi (seesaw jumping), Korean wrestling, tuho (arrow throwing), tug-of-war and yutnori. There is also the Beach Culture Center and the Beach Library.

Goose's Dream

Everyone has their own dream, right? but often because of fear of being underestimated, but hidden in the bottom of my heart, do not tell other people, right? Have heard some people said” ah, you have a dream that people who not alone, no matter what dreams are big or small, cannot practice at least have had it a dream, right? It was also said, "say it cannot be achieved even if it is better not to think of the" right to achieve your dreams is really out of reach, because the distance between dreams and reality is too great, so people are now often in the pursuit of the surface of the demand, while ignoring the forgotten dream. Recently watched the "Beethoven Virus" this Korean drama, this play is about a group of people who love the classical orchestra in the thorns and rough circumstances, to realize their dream of that distant, there was a young drama the police, in order to abandon the original musical career, listen to the call with the heart into classical music, there are also faced with a tinnitus violin, young girls, one of the elderly suffering from senile dementia, a cello's Aunt, one facing economic difficulties in the years of a man, a nightclub-turned trumpet in hand, they are not professional musicians, but, with the heart of emotion and let the power of classical music will gather together and started one by one forgotten dreams, but also play a Field yet another stirring performances in the play, I was deep inside there is one called "Goose’s Dream" to impress, and is a veteran singer named Insooni deductive, the whole song playing around In the mild climate, her sentimental voice, deep meaning of the lyrics to convey them without reservation, but also in the chorus of the high-pitched cry, the people feel that the great dream, although the watching the film they are probably unable to complete the original dream, and acquitted one truly belongs to the classical orchestra, but they once struggled to accomplish their dreams, so that their hearts want to do, even if the final end of the concert performances, after the cessation of temperament Their lives did not leave the slightest regret, so let them I am deeply touched to the meaning, because for me, you have a dream of the people are not poor, their hearts are rich. . . Real. . Substantial. . . Happy. . . to whose have a dream , just brave to chase it . . . Perhaps it would have been difficult, but at least the symbols in your life is smiling.

English translate - Gowiye Kkum / Goose’s Dream sung by Insooni in Beethoven Virus

I have a dream,Even if I’m thrown away or ripped to shreds

Deep in my heartI have a dream as precious as gem

If by chance, without a reason,Somebody ridicules me behind my back

I should be patientI would wait just for that day.

As you always worry,You say that foolish dreams are poisonous.

Just like a book that tells us about the end of the worldThere’s

the reality that we can’t turn back already

Yes I have a dream.I believe in that dream

Please watch over me Standing in front of that cold wall called fate can firmly face it

One day I will pass over that wall And be able to fly As high as the sky

This heavy thing called life can’t tie me down

At the end of my life, on the other day that I can smile, let’s be together

Yes I have a dream.I believe in that dream Please watch over me

Standing in front of that cold wall called fate can firmly face it

One day I will pass over that wal lAnd be able to fly As high as the sky

This heavy thing called life can’t tie me down At the end of my life,

on the other day that I can smile, let’s be together

Yes I, I have a dream I believe in that dream. Please watch over me

Standing in front of that cold wall called fate. I can firmly face it

One day I will pass over that wall And be able to fly As high as the sky

This heavy thing called life can’t tie me down

At the end of my life, on the other day that I can smile, let’s be together
